midfoot結構不穩定
Tight calf->
lack of dorsiflexion->
1.unable to squat fully
4.pronation cause plantar fascia to stretch and top of the foot to compress
plantar fascitis
midfoot arthritis
dorsal cutaneous nerve(or any nerve passes through top of the foot) compression
2.compensate by pronation
limited hip、knee flexion while landing
bad shock absorption
increase load on the foot
鞋子磨損嚴重
可能跟足部傷害有關，但我目前沒有太多想法
小腿遠端摸會痛
可能跟是shin splints
TA or TP overuse
