Royal Advisory Council (not a branch but rather a special council composed of 10 advisors that advises the Monarch on governance matters; each advisor has their own committees that do not appear in front of the Monarch during council meetings but can be summoned any time if the Monarch intends a deeper consultation on a specialized matter; it is mandatory for the Monarch to consult this council and create resolutions per consultation; as the council is composed of diverse specialists, no one is deemed leader of the council; the council helps the Monarch in the assessment and evaluation of nominees for high ranking positions such as the Keeper of Keys, members of the Cabinet, Dean of Law and Associate Deans and Directors of Law, Assembly General, Speakers, and Chamber heads)
