1-Before a Seizure:
-Implement safety measures (e.g., low bed position, padded rails).
-Identify aura and assist patient to lie down.
2-During a Seizure (Ictal):
-Stay calm, ensure safety, note onset and duration.
-Turn the patient to the side, loosen tight clothing.
-Do NOT restrain or put objects in the mouth.
3-After a Seizure (Postictal):
-Administer oxygen if needed, aspirate secretions, and ensure NPO status.
-Monitor vital signs, temperature, and consciousness level.
