Asexual reporduction: involves one single parent and produces genetically identical offspring (clones) without the fusion of gametes
Sexual reproduction: involves 2 parents and the fusion of gametes (male and female) - fertilization which results in the formation of a zygote that contains a unique genetic material formed by 2 parents (genetic diversity)

- Pollination - Transfer of pollen from the anther to the stigma.
