Post-training: Begin teaching adult classes, 1–1 sessions, or any classes as needed
After 3–6 months: Teach teen classes or larger groups to contribute more effectively
Initial stage: Receive thorough training

Fast learner, able to apply guidance and best practices from senior colleagues
C1 English proficiency – IELTS 7.5 overall (Listening 8.5)
Areas for Development
Need further training in large classes, teen and kids classes
Limited experience in lesson planning and grading, eager to learn and improve
