need of educational psychology မှာ သင်ယူသူရော သင်ပေးတဲ့သူရဲ့ရော စိတ်အခြေအနေတွေကို လေ့လာရမယ်။ တစ်ယောက်စီမှာ indvidual difference တွေရှိတယ်။ ကလေးတစ်ယောက်စီကို ပြောဆိုဆက်ဆံရတဲ့ပုံစံချင်းမတူကြဘူး။မတူညီတဲ့စိတ်အခြေအနေတွေရှိကြတယ်။ အားသာချက်လဲကိုယ်စီရှိကြတယ်။ သူတို့ကျင်လည်ခဲ့ရတဲ့ ပတ်ဝန်းကျင် background မတူကြဘူး။ ဆရာ ဆရာမရော သင်ယူသူရောမှာ attitude တွေမတူကြဘူး။ ပင်ကိုယ်အထုံဝါသနာ။ ကလေးတွေရဲ့စိတ်ဝင်စားမှု
