Project Goals/Objectives
Project Goals:
Dubai Health has recently embarked on an ambitious journey to become a data-driven organization by enhancing the adoption of data and analytics throughout the organization. This initiative is crucial for supporting informed decision-making and driving operational efficiencies.
Key Objectives
Data Centralization and Platform Modernization
Data Governance and Quality
Advanced Analytics and AI/ML
Data-Driven Culture
Data Sharing and Collaboration
Current Challenges
Data Siloing: The decentralized nature of data across the four key missions (Care, Learning, Giving, and Discovery) has led to the creation of multiple siloed data platforms. This fragmentation hinders data accessibility and integration.
Lack of a Unified Data Platform: The absence of a centralized data platform prevents Dubai Health from obtaining a comprehensive and holistic view of its data. This limits its ability to derive meaningful insights and make informed decisions.
Inefficient Data Utilization: The current analytics capabilities are insufficient to harness the full potential of the available data. Dubai Health needs a modern data and analytics platform to enhance its data analysis and visualization capabilities.
Limited Data Accessibility and Actionability: Not all relevant data, both structured and unstructured, is easily accessible and actionable. This hinders the organization's ability to leverage data for decision-making and operational improvements.
