Statistics
Curly Shirley's are struggling with their lunch trade.
They need to alter their menu and clientele in order to be able to succeed.
They are very close to an office building, train station, and two primary and secondary schools. They have a high range of potential clientele
There is another famous sandwich chain nearby; the shop has to be more competitive
Design Brief
The main target is the office building because there are a lot of people who would come out to eat for lunch, and who are potentially on a diet, because they are sitting indoors all day.
They will capture the eye of people who are on diets, and they will be suitable for anyone.
I will be designing a healthy, satisfying set of Mediterranean sandwiches.
