EFFECTS
These gases let the sun's light in but keep some of the heat from escaping. More greenhouse gases are in the atmosphere the more heat get trapped strengthening the greenhouse effect and increasing the Earth temperature.
Ice shetts such as Greenland and Antartica are melting, the extra water let the sea levels to rise and spills out of the ocean flooding costal regions.

Growing crops becomes more difficult the areas where the plants and the animals can live shift and water supplies are diminished.
It can directally affect people's physical health in urban areas the warmer atmosphere creates an enviroment that traps and increasses the amount of smog. Exposure to higher level of smog can cause health problem such as asthma, heart diseases and lung cancer.
