Early Signs:
-Tightness, swelling, and pain (especially on passive stretching).
-Firm or wooden feeling on palpation (key clinical sign).
-Blisters and decreased sensation (two-point discrimination).
Late Signs (6 P’s of Acute Limb Ischemia):
-Pain, Paresthesia, Pallor, Pulselessness, Poikilothermia, and Pressure.
-Reduced capillary refill and peripheral pulses.
