March 20,1921, Plebscite took place. 60% of the vote goes to Germany
But Polish did not accept, they thought that much of the Germans voting were non-residents
Britain Proposed to only provide a small and important part of industrial area to Poland, and polish people rose in late April 1921, unsatisfied with the solution
Solution
Poland was offered half the people and one third the land, much of the industrial region going to Poland

Mussolini ultimatum on August 29th, 1923.
August 31st, Italian Troops have invaded and occupied the island of Corfu providing a strategic position for invasion into Greek mainland

He did not leave Greece. The League then asked the Greek to pay a fine to the Italians and to apologize. The Greek government did so, and Mussolini left Corfu.

The decision was publicly and globally criticized for supporting the aggressor (Italy) and hurting the suppressed (Greece).

The League Condemned the Greek Invasion and asked for them to leave and pay a 45,000 pound fine
Greece payed and left, but was not satisfied by the bias shown between the Corfu Dispute and this one
