R1.1 - Types of Organisation
Small/Medium
A small/ Medium enterpise has a tunover assest that has employees below a certian level an example of this would be a network manager as this organisation operates on a international level with these reciving funding from cliens a small-medium enterprise with 100-500 employees which are usually full time.
Large
A large enterprise is an enterprise with a more comprehesnive business model with more full time staff. these enterprises operate at a international level where they source their goods and sell to customers and clients an example of this type of company would be microsoft. Also known as corperations.
Private
Private organisations such as retail departments like amazon are private organisations. these orgasations operate within on a private level where their is the client and the dealer. These orgainisations are often driven by profit which often have around 333,000 working for them also known as a private agency,
Non-governmental
Non-governmental organisations are organisations that function independently off of the governement these fuction within a internation level where tey make their funds by private donations or memebships as well as governmental contributuions they usually operate with 2 directors and 100 workers these can also been known as civic societies.
Public
Public organisations such as the passport office are at the national level which they operate at they provide goods and services they source their income from taxes they usually have around 400 workers can often be reffered to as a government agency.
Volentary/Charity
A voluntary/charity organisation are organisations aht aim to benfit societ without a reson or the motivation that work internationally or nationally an example of this would be save the children who make their money from donations most workers are voluntary they are often refferred to as non-proft-making organisations.
