Magic Platformer/Parkour Game
Gameplay
Different spells assigned to button which do different things for different parkour scenarios
Spells will be element based with different elements performing different tasks
Level will have a large area with different specific areas for each element to test out the mechanics
Art Style
Low poly graphics combined with 2d pixelated sprites for a 3d rendered retro look.
Spells
Fire
Player can shoot fireballs from there fingers to hit targets or buttons
Water
Water spells can be used as rails, similar to rail grinding in sonic games
Air
When triggered lowers the gravity for the player and makes them fall slower
Earth
Allows for a large jump and wall jumping
Lightning
Can form "lightning rods" which work as a grapple at specific "lightning rod" points
Elemental Spells can be combined to create other effects for traversal and puzzle solving for example Air spell + water spell = slide mechanic
Earth + Air - Player uses earth spell to jump the used air spell for a short double jump for extra distance
Water + Earth - Player uses water and earth to create muddy surface which they can slide across
