Research Problem
It's born out of an idea, maybe something that's intriguing, or a problem you're facing.
The research problem, then has to be reduced to something that's:
original
Also, the approach changes depending on the paradigm.
Empiric
Interpretative
-
It's qualitative, the reality isn't objective, so it tries to interpret that reality. The cause effect- effect is never black and white so it can have many factors to it.
Made to explain the world, the reality is given, and the theory is universal. So, it's mostly about CAUSE-EFFECT.

Theoretical framework
Significant bulk of the work that is about finding theory that's related to the research that's being conducted.
What sources can we use?
Primary
Simply put, books, thesis, or official documents from institutions.
-
Secondary
The easiest way to explain it is all the information that has been processed already. Like news papers or online blogs.
Important to actively avoid secondary sources, since in the current climate it is very easy to find misinformation that can harm the research.
The sources that end up on the framework must be always about the research that is being conducted. It can never be about topics outside of our focus.
