Prepare for EIA submission if required (concurrent with layout drawing preparation
To submit all docs to OSC and Jbt Perancang for approval
Design
PV Layout and PVsyst report (Stage 0 drawing)
Topo Layout
Building Plan (if its e-house, need to submit for foundation drawing)
Soil Investigation (Borehole and Mackintosh)
Design team to prepare and finalize all standardize drawings after stage 1 drawings
Earthing and LPS Study preparation by subcon concurrent with stage 1 drawing preparation
Once LPS finalised then proceed to CCTV and street light design

The zone that is permitted for solar farm development will be for Agricultural and Industrial zones

Required to built separate drainage to discharge water from project site, cannot be shared with drainage beside JKR main road
Road slope entering the main JKR road cannot exceed 2% for total length of 50m from existing road side. Otherwise, Cattle trap required to be built.
Wash through must be prepared during EW phase
MARRIS form must be filled for the roads within the 'Taman' and for new development.
Jabatan Mineral dan Geosains (JMG)
Geological Terrain Mapping (GTM) report, and Geotechnical design report must be prepared by professional Geologist
Jbt Pengairan dan Saliran (JPS)
Must not develop anything within the buffer zone for the reserved river (10m left & right hand side)
Retention pond must be 4% from the project site area, and it cannot touch the reserved river.
The developer cannot close or transfer any existing river or drainage without JPS approval
Prepare ESCP drawing
Plan Malaysia
The KMTT min duration is 3 years, and max duration is 10 years only
Pejabat Tanah dan Daerah (PTD)
Required to apply for Permit Khas provided the category is under Agriculture and the developer is renting the land
Pejabat Tanah dan Galian (PTG)
Permit khas must be applied if the land usage is less than 1/5 of the land. Otherwise, required to do application dor amendment of terms
Suruhanjaya Komunikasi dan Multimedia Malaysia (SKMM)
Perbadangan Pengurusan Sisa Pepejal (SWCORP)
Require to submit the septic tank design unless its standalone
TNB
Plan must include compact substation
