Bohr Structure of Atoms
Definition

-
The Bohr structure of atoms shows the atom as a central nucleus containing protons and neutrons with the electrons in circular orbitals at specific distances from the nucleus These orbits form electron shells or energy levels, which are a way of visualising the number of electrons in the various shells

A table of the chemical elements arranged in (atomic) number usually in rows, so that elements with similar atomic structure. Created by Dmitri Mendeleev.

Electric Configuration
Atoms want to have a full outer shell of electrons, like the noble gases. To achieve this, they can lose, gain, or share electrons. Losing electrons helps an atom get a stable configuration by emptying its outer shell, making it more like a noble gas with a full outer shell.
