Managers
There will be fewer staff, reducing their responsibility
The buisness will be making more money, meaning they may get paid more
They will have to deal with the effects of maintenence of machines and issues
Workers
Likely to lose jobs as they are being replaced by machines
For those who are kept at the company, wages may increase due to higher profits
New workers to install and manage the machines will be hired
Customers
May get through the shop faster
Lack of human interaction, could be good or bad
May face issues or not understand how to use the machines
Less likely to be able to steal
Ethical concerns of robots in factories
Replacing jobs with machines
Machines are not perminant and may end up in landfill
Uses up energy, negaitve on environment
Humans in the jobs feel threatened and as if their job is not safe
