The values I look for in a position is if I can express my creative side through my work while also allowing me to build on my skillset. I also value companies that offer adequate pay to their creative teams.
I find myself as someone who is very creatively focused, which is ideal for a photographer. Being creative gives me way to express myself and put a bit of my personality in all of my work. Being able to be as connected to my work lets me focus more on a better final product.
I find that I can work best in quick bursts of energy, especially with short deadlines. These kinds of environments are very common in the sports industry and are almost in every position. I tend to break these big projects up into smaller pieces.

Long Term Goals
Average managers salary: ~$80,000
I would like to invest in car, and start the sooner the better. In addition that, I would like to invest in my equipment to keep it up to date with the industry standard and to give myself the best opportunity to improve my product.
Depending on my starting salary, I would like to start investing in a retirement or 401k as soon as I can. Of course this depends on my earnings when I'm first starting out, but it's something I would like to plan for.

Life-Long Learner
I do not plan on going for a more advanced degree. Of course that could change if the company I am working for would pay for any future school or if I would benefit more from it.
I will be keeping up with the industry through the job market and staying in touch with my peers. I already have a few connections in the industry and hopefully will be able to add to the list once I find a job. Through these connections, I will be able to have a fall back and discuss future opportunities.
