        through this experience, I feel that I got a lot stronger, more flexible and even developed my resilience. CAS helped me stay of track and keep motivated.

        this experience helped me realise that I need to work on putting less pressure on myself and doing things in moderation. Through these two years I have learnt that more is not always better.

        Through this experience I have vastly increased my skill set in the kitchen and become a much better cook. I feel that these are important life skills that I will have a lot of use for, especially when I move out and start university.

        During this experience I tried to learn about other cultures through their cuisine. I have learnt that food is an important part of culture and this has taught me about people around the world. It has also given me a new appreciation of different cultures.
