Piece Analysis
This piece is incredibly calm and composing, so use bright, soft colours and strokes
In some sections there is a minor chord being played, so maybe use some blue notes
Make use of the trills and mordents being played
Use an ascending or descending ladder with steps where needed
At the end, clearly show the scale up and down (make it noticeable)
Make the Piece not too busy, as it is meditating, so don't use big shapes, just little lines

None really needed except some colour pencils, maybe some highlighters, and some water colour paint to express the mood through light or soft brushstrokes

Use YouTube and Rousseau's version (because that is the best) and listen carefully

Planning Technique
Use a limited colour palette
I want to convey a light mood, so I will use shades of yellow and purple tsrips
I might use a bit of Jackson Pollock style in my art and other abstract expressionism artists to show my wide range of artistic techniques
Resources
Use different textures such as tissue paper to show creativity
I will need some watercolours for my colour strips of paper
