Mark 12: 33

How we treat and perceive others is more important to God than our achievements e.g: grades and academic/career success
-
VERSE
"To love him with all your heart, will all your understanding and with all your strength, and to love your neighbour as yourself is more important than all burnt offerings and sacrifices"
Lamentations 3:22-23
VERSE
22 Through the Lord's mercies we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. 23 They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness.
Meaning
Because God has shown mecy towards us. We don't need to fear about being defeated by the troubles of this world because we've already recieved approval from God that we are worthy
Personal Application
I can learn from the past but I should not dwell on regret. There is hope for me to start anew every morning
If even God is willing to refresh his love for me everyday and give me a blank slate. I shouldn't try to be my own judge and constantly condemn myself for mistakes/regrets I have in the past.
