In the beginning of muscle journey i'm not even lifting or can lift that much, first habit formation, my body doesn't need that much nutrients prana protein but after i've cut my fat to 10% i'll eat more because i need more to fuel my body high bmr and all that fat is already used up
1 sweet meal, 1 spicy meal

When i'm 80kg muscles, 3 times is okay
But today i'm 95kg fat, my body doesn't need all those carbs, fats it has stored food
If i eat 3 times, it's not possible to eat few calories or lose fat fast, in 1 month there's ring, and mama event and marriage in 6, i also need to show my face to guest and earn money

Porridge is good makes me feel good and happy but i can feel good without any food in my stomach also and body also peak productivity like now at 10 am 3 october
