      - Jurisdiction in Europe: the home country of a person is normally taken into consideration when determining the jurisdiction. With companies the head office and administrative offices location is used to determine the country of origin.(Scaffer et al., 2020)
      - Jurisdiction in China. Courts often have no jurisdiction over non residents and must have a proven link to China to enforce a judicial decision of the courts of China.
      - Jurisdiction of the internet age: This is a relatively new concept as electronic commerce have only taken off in recent years. There is no clear ways to determine how a court will decide. (Scaffer et al., 2020)
    - - Forum Shopping: It can happen that counsels ask to have a case transferred if they believe that another court may offer a better deal. There are procedural rules to prevent this, but it still happens. (Scaffer et al., 2020)
