        เป็นกระจุกหลอดเลือดฝอยชนิด fenestrated Capillary
        
        อยู่ที่ชั้น Renal cortex
        
        มี 2 Pole

        ตำแน่งที่ glomerular filtrate fluid ออก

        ตำแหน่งเข้า-ออกของเลือด
        
        Bowman’s capsule

      - Renal tubule
        
        Proximal convoluted tubule
        
        อยู่ในชั้น cortex
        
        เป็นท่อที่ยาวและกว้างที่สุด ท่อต่อมาจาก glomerulus
        
        เป็นบริเวณที่ดูดซึมน้ำกลับเข้าสู่กระแสเลือดมากที่สุด
        
        บุด้วย Simple coboidal epithelium ที่มี brush border
        
        Henle’ loop
        
        U-shaped tube
        
        ยื่นเข้ามาใน medulla
        
        มี 2 ลักษณะ
        
        Thick limb of Henle’s loop (บุด้วย simple cuboidal epithelium )
        
        Thin limb of Henle’s loop (บุด้วย simple squamous epithelium )
        
        Distal convoluted tubule
        
        เป็นท่อเล็กๆ สั้นๆ ต่อมาจาก Henle’sloopและไปต่อกับ Collecting tubule (duct)
        
        พบในชั้น cortex
        
        บุด้วย Simple cuboidal epithelium ที่ไม่ brush border
        
        Juxtaglomerular apparatus
        
        Macular densa
        
        พบใกล้ vascular pole
        
        พัฒนามาจาก distal convoluted tubule
        
        ทำหน้าที่ในการปรับความดัน
        
        columnar cell อยู่ชิดติดกันมาก
        
        Juxtaglomerular cells
        
        Mesangial cells
      - ชนิดของ Nephon
        
        Cortical nephrons
        
        มีอยู่ 80-85%
        
        ทำหน้าที่ในการสร้าง น้ำปัสสาวะ
        
        Juxtamedullary nephrons
        
        มีอยู่ 15-20%
        
        ทำหน้าที่ ทำให้น้ำปัสสาวะเข้มข้นขึ้น
    - - นำน้ำปัสสาวะจาก Nephon ไป minor calyx
      - collecting tubule รวมกันเป็น collecting duct
      - อยู่ในชั้น medulla
      - บุด้วย Simple high cuboidal columnar epithelium ขอบเขตชัดเจน

      - transitional epithelium ยื่นเข้าไปใน lumen เป็น fold
      - lamina propria (dense irregular connective tissue)
    - - Upper 2/3
        
        Inner layer is longitudinal smooth muscle
        
        Outer layer is circular smooth muscle
      - Lower 1/3
        
        Outer layer longitudinal smooth muscle
    - - เป็น loose connective tissue
      - มี blood vessels, lymphatics and nerves

      - ถ้าไม่มีน้ำปัสสาวะ epithelial cells จะมีรูปร่างเป็นโดม
      - ถ้ามีน้ำปัสสาวะจะมีรูปร่างเป็น stratified squamous epithelium
      - มี blood vessels,nerves, and some glands บรรจุอยู่

      - จะเปลี่ยนเป็น stratified squamous ที่ external urethral orifice
