Human rights are norms that recognize and protect the dignity of all human beings. These rights govern the way individuals live in society and relate to each other, as do their relations with the state and the state's obligations to them.

Freedom of work, profession, industry or commerce.

Freedom of association, assembly and demonstration.

It is important to say that within the set of human rights there are no levels or hierarchies because they all have equal relevance, so the State is obliged to treat them globally and fairly and equitably, on an equal footing and giving everyone the same weight.
