NON-REGULAR SUB-SYSTEM OF EDUCATION - Coggle Diagram

- - - - Literacy or high school:
        This program has the fundamental interest of eliminating illiteracy in all its forms, in people over 15 years of age. It also offers participants reading, writing and calculation instruments.
      - Completion of Primary Studies:
        Program that offers youth and adult participants a basic education of a general nature within three years. It is made up of three levels, each lasting one year.
      - Popular culture and small industries:
        It is aimed at training youth and adults in certain careers or vocational trades that allow them to improve their cultural level and living conditions.
- - - - Physically or mentally disabled people with: mental retardation, hearing impairment, visual impairment, autism, developmental disability, cerebral palsy. People with specific learning disorders with social maladjustments and with chemical dependency problems. People with exceptional intellectual conditions and special talents.
    - - Guarantee all students with special educational needs access to an inclusive and high-quality education. Guarantee in the educational services the provision of human, technical and didactic resources, without neglecting the margins of quality. Guarantee that curricular flexibility contemplates the possibility of practicing its adaptation in populations with special educational needs.
    - - The recognition of the potential of any human being. The concept of human dignity, explicit in the Declaration of Human Rights of Disabled Persons made in 1978. The principle of normalization in the life of the individual with disabilities so that it is as natural as possible.
