TYPES OF CLIENTS
EXTERNAL CLIENTS
We refer to those who participate in the development of the company's product or service. They are collaborators, managers, outsourced, employees and suppliers.
Commercial: they have a direct relationship with different groups of workers, which makes them have a clear vision of quality.

Executives: have a closer relationship with external customers. They say what the product or service to offer is and what market it is aimed at.
INTERNAL CLIENTS
Are those who pay to receive products or services from a company. It is to these clients that we need to order and classify to personalize the attention service.
Customers specialized in discounts: they are regular buyers according to the degree of discount that the company offers.
Impulsive customers: they are guided by their impulses, they do not leave the store without stopping to buy something

Trading client
This type of client wants to take advantage of opportunities at all costs. Therefore, you will certainly only complete a purchase if you clearly see what the benefit is.
Argumentative customer
This is the consumer who is already looking for the company willing to discuss or complain. He generally displays an air of superiority in dealing with any agent. In this case, it is important that the salesperson or assistant show empathy for the situation and measure their impatience.
Impulsive customer
Is one that shows impatience and emotion. It is a difficult type of customer to deal with due to the unpredictable nature of their buying behavior
Informed customer
He is the one who pays attention to all the details. Ask questions and learn about the subject. He is full of arguments and is very consistent in communication.
