Annual Plan (Part A)
Recollection of Information (Official programs, books, diagnoses, etc.)
What didactic planning is?
It is the group of activities which the professor foresees, chooses and organizes formal learning spaces with the aim to make better conditions to achieve specific objectives.
Didactic Planning Process
Consists in take the necessary dispositions to organize teaching and learning procedures.
there are two ways to make didactic planning
The first way follows a didactic planning; it starts and finishes in the achievement of a predetermined curriculum proposition. Professors follow series of methodological procedures in order to achieve the elements of the programs and their parts such as annual plan, bimonthly plan, weekly plan and daily plan.
The second way not only plans didactic activities to the study programs but it also emphasizes the socio cultural content where learning-teaching processes are developed.
Didactic Planning Elements
Diagnostic of the curriculum, is necessary firstly to know the school reality.
Elements selection chooses objectives, contents, learning activities, resources and evaluation forms.
Elements organization is going to depend on the decisions made about the type of design, the scheme employed or the plan level that could be annual, half- yearly, bimonthly, monthly or daily.
Establishments of Objectives.
Operational formulations that clearly and precisely express, in terms of observable behaviour, the behavioural changes that have to be brought about in the individual as a result of a learning process.
Guidelines for Developing Objectives
You must not express more than one conduct.
Conduct is indicated by an infinitive verb.
Targets are sorted from simple behaviors to more complex ones.
They are formulated from the perspective of the SDA.

Objectives make active institutional politics and answer the solution of problems identified in the diagnostic.
Objectives will be plan in infinite in function to the students.
Bibliography
Bibliography is an important part of each paper, curriculum, book or research. It refers the reader where were took some ideas that serves as references.

The Annual Plan must have: Educative Center name, Year is going to be developed, Subject, year and level, General Objective, Specific Objective, Subject Contents, Methods, Activities, Didactic Resources, Evaluation
Planning must be: realistic, concrete, dynamic, classified, linked,

Selection of Areas Topics and Contents
Areas, themes and contents selection are going to strictly depend of the bimonthly plan. Bimonthly and the weekly plan are divided from the annual plan.

How to Fulfi ll the Selected Objectives? (Vocabularies, Albums, Trips, Lessons, etc.)
The best way to fulfill the selected objectives is following exactly the program planning.
Evaluation to Do (to measure the Fulfillment of the Selected Objectives)
The professor has to evaluate “the pedagogical strategy”, understood as “the science and/or art of combine and coordinate actions to achieve an objective; to complete a planning result through proposed objective and means available to achieve them.
to do this
Study of the personal characteristics (aptitudes, motivations, habits, knowledge)
Behavior analysis (gestures, actions, social relationships)
Educative Process Effects Study on the students. (B. Maccario)
Learning Evaluation
Evaluation is an important part of Learning Experience Planning
Evaluation should be developing before learning experience
Weekly Plan
Selection of Objectives
Objectives are characteristics of being functional, expressing clear and precise behavior changes. These changes must be reflected and applied by the student as a result of an apprenticeship process. Objectives must be coherence in relation with the searched result and must be adapted to the student’s possibilities, interests and needs.
How to Fulfill the Selected Objectives? (Designing of Specific Activities)
Selected objectives are established in the specific activities design, are done at the end of the class, and are within weekly planning. For sample, if Spanish subject general objective is the recognition of our language as a tool that contribute to form a useful Panamanian to the service of the society and value the importance of our geographical position, the Canal and the world.
Establ ishment of Evaluation Criteria (in relation with the Objectives)
Lesson planning involves much more than making arbitrary decisions about "what I'm going to teach today." Many activities precede the process of designing and implementing a lesson plan.
Evaluation Instruments (Exercises, murals, readings)
Instruments that will be used during planning must be choosing carefully taking in consideration firstly the objective of the lesson, the methodology and finally the evaluation instruments related to the class planning.
