Fruity Tapioca Jelly - Coggle Diagram
Fruity Tapioca Jelly
Gelatin
4 cups of water
1/4 cup of sugar
stir until completely
dissolved
bring to boil
once, boiling remove from heat
transfer into 2 heat-proof container
add 2 food coloring of your choice
let it cool completely and set
once set and firm, cut into cubes
1 sachet of gelatin powder (unflavored)25g
1 can fruit cocktail
strain fruits
separate the syrup
tapioca
bring to boil until cooked
drain and set aside
500ml or 2 cups of Nestle cream
in a bowl mix all ingredients
chill at least 3 hours before serving
1cup (300ml) of condensed milk
