        Have a collaboration with the specialists, who provide us with the framework or guide us through the process. So we should make sure our ILPs (IEP) are relevant to the goals, based on the data collection.
      - ILP (Individualized Learning Plan) - instead of IEP, we call it ILP in our school
        
        ILP focuses on short term goals, collaborating with the homeroom teachers, the learning support team and the parents.The ILPs are shared with the parent, in a way to show our accountability and share the attainable goals and measure modification in case the child is not showing any progress.
