A mound of sand formed by wind along a beach
Formed when wind deposits sand on top of eachother until a small mound starts to form
BAYS
formed due to soft rock eroding
HEADLANDS
A point of high land that extends into a body of water
In bays waves diverge outwards
The wave energy is dissipated creating a low energy environment
Hence deposition to form beaches
