Use comprehensive evaluation tools and strategies that are technically sound and accepted. No prejudice to students.

If a child is found with disabilities defined by IDEA. IEP meetings should be scheduled by a team of school professionals and the parents for the child, school should do their part to work out on plans or services.

The IEP team gathers to talk about the child’s needs and write the student’s IEP or other related services. Once all is settled, we can start IEP.
School should record and provide the benchmarks, annual data and other related services of students.
