the GDP per capital of Lagos is over 5,000$ which is 2x of Nigerian average GDP per capital this meant people make more and their social wellbeing, conditions is still better compare to other place in Nigeria

poor infrastructure like roads, energy supply and public transport it show a strong bias towards the economic centre and wealthier neighbourhoods
bad pollution (noise,air), 40% of cars in Nigeria are registered in Lagos and on average commuters spend three hours in traffic everyday
slum development because there is less affordable house in the city this cause people to live in bad environment where there lack of access to services, water, sanitation, electricity and bad housing quality (design and material)
if more people have access to healthcare the working population will increase, this meant more tax payers, more revenue for the government to invest

Large parts of Makoto slum sit on the polluted waters of Lagos Lagoon
10,000 metric tonnes of waste is produced daily and only 40% is collected and 13% is recycled
Olusosun landfill is one of the largest in the world, largest in Africa the site receives up to 10,000 tons of rubbish each day
Damage environment will affected the people health. For example, air pollution will cause lungs disease or problem related to that
