Early Decision I or II

Early Action I or II

The student should prioritize completing the personal statement, supplemental essays, and common app sections by Oct 15 so there is enough time for review by a college adviser and WCT adviser

Student submits ED app by ED I or ED II deadline; student switches gears to knock out Reach RD apps, Match RD apps, and then Likely RD apps. If the student is ED, then they can wait to submit RD apps unless there is a pressing financial aid deadline. If the student is EA, they can submit their RD apps after completing their EA app

Student is selected as ED admit! Review financial aid and then enroll. Withdraw RD applications

Student is not admitted ED or EA; transition to RD App Track

Students should complete the basic components of their common app by Oct 15

Students should prioritize CUNY + Reach schools by Nov 1, their Match schools by Nov 15, and other Likely schools by Dec 15

Spring 2023: Students will hear back from their colleges
