How Does the Solar System Work?
Claim
This is my fifth year playing soccer for Iowa Rush North and I have know most of my teammates for quite some time now. They are some of my best friends.
The solar system is a collection of planets, asteroids, and other objects in space surrounding our star the sun. In order for this interesting system to form, a few different things had to happen or be a certain way.

Evidence Two: Early Earth
The second and third years of having my soccer team, the majority of changes to the roster happened. We gained quite a few people, many of who are now starters and vital parts of our team.
Early in earth's formation, lots of things happened. Earth's elements are separated into three main layers, and meteorites carrying water and amino acids peppered the surface. These two things are of major importance to how the earth turned out.
Evidence One: Forming the Earth
For the earth to form, there had to be 2nd and 3rd generation stars forming so there were heavier elements. There also had to be accretion (smaller particles accumulating into bigger ones) and collisions between objects.
When we were first forming my team, it was the third year of having a girls team of that age group. We had to have players of different positions and we had players from different towns. We ended up having just enough players to play our first year.
Evidence Three: Orginazation of the Planets
The sun is in the middle of our solar system. The closest to the sun are the rocky planets. There is an asteroid belt next followed by the gas planets. After that are pluto and the seven dwarves. Comets also fly by occasionally.
Our coach is kinda like the sun. Our team listens to him and he is the one in charge. My teammates are like the inner planets, closely orbiting the sun. And the occasional guest players we have are like the comets.
Conclusion
I learned a lot about what had to happen so the planets could form and what happened during the earth's infancy.
By playing soccer I learn a lot about teamwork and athletics as well as friendship and hard work.
