satnav- A satnav is a navigation dependent on information received from satelilltes. eg: google maps, the car.
Kiok- A Kiosk is a small open-fronted hut or cubicle from which newspaper, refresments, tickets etc are sold eg: sansbury, macdonals, tesco.
website- A website is a set of related web page located under a single domain name, typically produced by a single person or organization. eg: bbc news, zara, tui extra.
E-learning- E-learning is a learning conducted via electronic media typically on the internet. eg: bbc bitesize, maths watch, hegaty maths extra.
mobile app- A mobile app is an application, especially as downloaded by a user to a mobile device. eg: candy crush, spotify, twitter.
Multimedia features

Unlike reading texts and listening activities, video provides strong visual cues. These help learners understand what's happening – even when the language is hard to follow. In some cases, you can even play videos without sound at first and have students guess what's happening.
Animation- The biggest use for animation is for entertainment. Animation is used on the TV, phones and all over the internet. Animation is mostly used to occupy children, as is gives them something to laugh about and keep them entertained for long periods of time.
Image- Images are used to create visual interest on content than being used as content itself. These can be icons, abstract graphics or photographs.
Text- Texts can have more than one purpose, eg a writer could entertain and inform, or they could inform and persuade the reader. Some types of non-fiction text have a specific purpose. For example, travel writing describes a journey or a place, and can be intended to persuade.
Sound- Sound adds emotion to things and connects people to what they're seeing. It supports each visual and every cut. Also defines the overall mood and tone of your narrative.
Interactive features
drop down menu- In a computer GUI, a drop-down menu is a menu that offers a list of options. The title of the menu, is always displayed. When the visible item is clicked, other items from the list "drop-down" in to view and the user can choose from those options.

button- A standard scroll bar is located in the nonclient area of a window. It is created with the window and displayed when the window is displayed. The sole purpose of a standard scroll bar is to enable the user to generate scrolling requests for viewing the entire content of the client area.
search bar- The user clicks the search bar, types in a query and then clicks search. The magnifying glass icon. Similar to searching on a search engine like Google, results appear below.
Menu- A menu is a set of options presented to the user of a computer application to help them find information or execute a function. They're also used in speech recognition and on internet websites and web pages.
