Strategize
Develop technical strategy framework with division and select missions
Present framework to Dianna, Trevor, Julia for feedback
Jason and Christine to ensure lab and pharma country strengthening initiatives represented
Identify missions: work through CLs, get an idea if they have existing strategies and how this relates. Important to have a good mix in size and kind of program in the missions we select.
Develop associated guidance documents to include in concept notes for each objective and sub-objective. This also entails collecting technical documents from current SC TA project and information on implementation of various concepts/activities to provide guidance to missions
Develop CLA Strategy to facilitate systems thinking in TA and build in collaboration mechanisms for NEXT GEN
Monitor utility and relevance of strategy and conduct bi-annual learning meetings to identify areas of framework that require adaptation or additional attention
Coordinate (Division)
Conduct survey and discussions to identify priority tools to support standardization of country leads support to missions and country programs
Facilitate routine activities for information sharing within the division and between countries--meeting to discuss with Alicia

Engage with OHA, GH and agency teams to follow development of strategy and how it relates to SC
Flesh out localization as a cross-cutting concept and potentials for localization in SC work outside of the market shaping opportunities
