Use
They're: It is a combination of the words “they” and “are”, and indicates a subject and a conjugation of the verb “to be” in the plural. In singular cases, you must use the conjugation “is”

The negative form of “can” is “can't” (the most frequent) or “cannot” (for situations in which we want to give special emphasis, or if we are angry). Compare these sentences: -She can't tell you what to do! (She can't tell you what to do!)
