It is used to talk about skills, to ask for permission, to make a request, to talk about a possibility or to make an offer.
Subject + can/can't + complement
I can ride a bike.
Present Simple
It is used to talk about routines.
Subject + verb infinitive (he/she/it verb add "s") + complement.
He works in France.
Present Continuous
It refers to situations or actions that are being carried out at the moment.
Subject + verb to be + verb (-ing) + complement
She is eating pizza.
