government: On page 11, it said"used oracle bones to consult the ancestral spirits on important matter. Also, answers from important questions were answered from the cracks on the oracle bones. The oracle bones were inscribed on ox bone and tortoiseshell. ( Cotterell)

Ancient Egypt
On page 8 it said, that the Egyptians lived on the " black land, named after the rich dark slit on which the farmers grew their crops". Also, the states that the desert covers over 90 percent of Egypt, and this was called the"Red Land".
