How Earth is constantly changing and evolving
How Earth is changing and evolving in a good way.
Technology
: Technology is improving day by day and is making our world smaller which is a good way to stay connected to happenings in the world.
Action
: Action is starting to be taken in some countries to stop destroying habitats of animals and plant trees.
Coronavirus
: It has been officially announced by the WHO that Coronavirus is not a thing to worry about anymore but we should still take precautions to sanitise stuff bought from outside and wearing a mask at crowded places.
How Earth is changing and evolving in a bad way.
Pollution
Air pollution
: Air pollution is what most people refer to when they say 'pollution.' It is caused by many things such as: Fossil fuels, industries, air conditioners, etc. It causes climate change, health diseases, etc.
Water pollution
: Water pollution is when water in rivers, seas and oceans is contaminated with non-biodegradable materials such as plastic. It affects land animals as well as water animals. Even though humans cause it, they are affected by it too because not everyone has water purifying technology that exists in urban cities. Animals are affected by it the most because. when they drink the water and accidentally eat plastic or some other bad material, it cannot be digested in their body and slowly kills them. That is for most animals. Marine animals also accidentally eat plastic and in oil spills, the oil above the water blocks oxygen from coming in the water and kills marine animals.
Global warming
: Global warming is caused by carbon dioxide in the atmosphere which traps heat from the sun which melt ice and causes cities on top of ice to sink underwater.
Land pollution
: Land pollution is basically soil contamination which prevents plants from growing. It happens in mining, using chemical fertilisers in agriculture, building and illegal dumping of non-biodegradable waste, etc.
Natural causes
Heavy rain
caused by bad gases released by the drastically growing list of factories which affects small towns and villages.
Natural disasters
caused by bad gases too which mess with the Earth's atmosphere.
Habitat loss
: Animals are losing their habitats and homes due to building and cutting trees for wood and are being cooped up in cages in the zoo.
How we can help in stopping the bad changes on Earth
Pollution
Air pollution
: Air pollution can be minimised by carpooling, using renewable sources of energy, minimising the use of air conditioners, using a bike or walking for short distances, etc.
Land pollution
: Land pollution can be minimised by separating different types of waste and recycling the recyclable ones in the local recycling factory. Non-biodegradable waste can be reused like using old cloth for handkerchief and donating old mobile phones to friends or family, etc.
Global warming
: Global warming can be minimised by minimising the use of air conditioners, using fuels in factories and industries that do not release harmful gases, etc.
Water pollution
: Water pollution can be minimised by securely locking oil containers during transport through a sea or ocean to prevent oil spills, using ways to dispose non-biodegradable waste other than dumping it into water, installing water purifiers in every place, etc.
Habitat loss
can be prevented and stopped by giving some space to animals while building on their land and also by creating a law to plant four trees as the cost of cutting one.
Natural causes
Natural disasters
also have a similar reason for occurring as heavy rain so they can also be prevented by preventing global warming.
Heavy rain
can be prevented by preventing global warming by minimising the use of air conditioners, using fuels in factories and industries that do not release harmful gases, etc because heavy rain is caused by the high heat levels which evaporate more water than usual.
