Floods
A flood is an overflow of water that covers dry land, it can be a flash flood or a river flood, it can take anything depending on the amount of averflow water, it can even carry cars, it can bring down houses and larger structures
Preventing floods
-Clear water ways by removing any garbage in them.
-Clearaing canals to store more water.

Landslides
It is the sliding of a large amount of erath, rocks, mud and trees from a hill or mountain
Preventing landslides
-Stop cutting down of forests.
-Do not build house in or near water ways.
- Plants as many trees as possible.

Earthquakes
Earthquakes are caused by movement of tectonic plates under the Earth´s surface or by some human activities.
When eleving the house , do not use elevator.

Coastal erosion
Coastal erosion is caused when monsoon, storms and water waves break rocks on land near the oceans. Human activities near shores can also cause coastal erosion

Volcanic eruption
A volcanic eruption occurs when the magma that is inside the volcanoes and is generated from inside the earth, rises together with the gases that are also inside the volcano.
Prevention
-Recognize evacuation routes and safe areas of the place where you are.
That your home has ceilings at 30º, to prevent it from collapsing due to the ashes that can accumulate there.

Drought
Droughts are prolonged periods of dry weather caused by lack of rain, leading to water shortages. Drought periods can cause water shortages and public health problems.
Prevention
-Take care of the reserve water and consume it, only for priority needs. Protect vegetation and reforest with native plants.
-Use good irrigation systems, which allow the best use of water.
