RISKS
Some oils produce toxins which can cause damage to the liver, kidneys, and nervous system, especially if taken internally. Swallowing essential oils can be hazardous, and fatal in some cases.
If you want to practice aromatherapy with the aromas mentioned, you must take care of what you use and be aware of the risks. Also, you should take your time to research the correct dosages of all scents. Remember:
If aromatherapy causes burns, you should go to the doctor or dermatologist to consult the ingredients of the oil and verify if you are allergic
If you dilute the oils well, the risks of burns will be reduced
You should not use oils of doubtful origin
if you feel burning or itching on the skin, you should not use aromatherapy
Remember, if you use aromatherapy correctly, you will gradually achieve excellent results
