      - For this the main thing is figuring out a more permanent solution to find another method of paying tutors. Currently they. have a 2 year grant other than the Federal Work Study program. It is not a long term solution

        There is a resource book which breaks down each standard and how to teach and test/master it. People do not utilize it. Tutors having an extra step.

        Not using the already made templates and resources. finding a better way to give that information out.

      - There needs to be a solution to have more option to pay the tutors. There also has to be more options to seek out the tutors. Even with the current methods there is a lack of tutors. There is also a lack of tutors that are able to manage the behavioral issues. There are also a lot of tutors and new potential hires who no longer want to work in person due to being at home from covid. Possibly expanding their program and tutor requirments they can create virtual options for tutors to teach on zoom.

        Group homes and behavior issues
      - For behavior management there is a disconnect between the students, the tutors, and the staff. Since covid there has been an increase in behavior issues because of the lack of time in the classroom or the time spent out of the classroom. There needs to be a solution to figure out what the students want to see happen but also what will work for them to participate appropriately in the tutoring.

  - - - Covid had many effects in every site. There needs to research done in how to improve each issue it effected. Covid can be the source or main cause to many of the issues mentioned below.
