impaired nutrient utlization related to coeliac disease as evidenced by unintentional wt loss, iron deficiency
Altered GI function related to macro and micro nutrient malabsorption secondary to coeliac disease as evidenced by wt loss (time), small bowel biopsy showing villous atrophy and low ferritin levels
food and nutrient related knowledge deficit related to recent diagnosis of coeliac disease and lack of prior education on GFD as evidenced by 24 hr diet hx containing gluten and pt inability to describe the GFD
