- - - - DUI YAO - Bai Zhu
        Important combination for treating dampness by strengthening spleen and promoting urination. Bai Zhu emphasizes tonifying spleen while Fu Ling emphasizes promoting urination.
        Bai Zhu 10-15g, Fu Ling 10-15g
      - DUI YAO - Yi Zhi Ren
        Yi Zhi Ren warms kidney and spleen to treat leakage from cold. When combined with Fu LIng they strengthen and warn the spleen to treat vomiting, diarrhea, salivation and abdominal pain.
        Fu Ling 10-15g, Yi Zhi Ren 6-10g
- - - - DUI YAO - Ji Nei Jin
        Used together for urinary or gallstones due to damp-heat. Hai Jin Sha drain downward while Ji Nei Jin transforms. Can also be combined with Jin Qian Cao in a triplet
        Hai Jin Sha 10-15g, Ji Nei Jin 5-10g
      - DUI YAO - Jin Qian Cao
        Used together for urinary pain and stones resulting from damp-heat. Can be used with Ji Nei Jin in a triplet.
        Hai Jin Sha 10-15g, Jin Qin Cao 10-30g
- - - - DUI YAO - Gan Cao
        Used together in Liu Yi San (Six-to-One powder). Used for summerheat with damp. Can have numerous manifestations of disease but classic is urinary pain. It's thought to improve proper water flow along the San Jiao.
        Gan Cao 3-6g, Hua Shi 10-18g
- - - - DUI YAO - Hai Jin Sha
        Used together for urinary pain and stones resulting from damp-heat. Can be used with Ji Nei Jin in a triplet.
        Hai Jin Sha 10-15g, Jin Qin Cao 10-30g
- - - - DUI YAO - Huang Qi
        This combination is featured together in Fang Ji Huag Qi tang. Indicated for wind-damp on the exterior resulting in heaviness and edema and urinary obstruction. Huang Qi strengthens and secures the exterior while Han Fang Ji drains damp-heat through the urine. So one tonifies while the other reduces.
