Useful for all kinds of damp-heat problems in lower-jiao (Painful urination, dribbling, scanty urine, dizzy). Specifically used for spermatorrhea caused by ministerial fire flaring. Ministerial fire is located in kidneys and warms the 3 jiao allowing for water metabolism. Damp-heat in the lower jiao can cause ministerial fire to flare and discharge essence (sperm).
