Procedure pt2: Participants were asked to write a statement using words 'exciting, incredible, great and superb' but not mentioning the negative effects of sensory deprivation, to convince students whose names that previously given to participate in the experiment. Told that statements would be sent to students by mail. Participants told that he/she believed that research violated ethical rules, they could challenge it by putting a form in the mailbox. Experimenter left the room and participants were taken into next room where computer on to write their statement, mailbox and feedback forms. After 7 minutes, participants were taken back into first room, took two personality tests and questioned about 'any suspicions'. Then participants were fully debriefed, signed second consent form. Experiment took 40 mins. Group of comparison students told experiment and asked 'What would you do?'
