- - - - HARDWORKING
        
        One of the qualities of good nurses is willingness to put in the hard work it takes to meet their goals. At times, lengthy shifts spent on one’s feet make this career physically demanding. Yet, fueled by their passion and desire to help others, exceptional nurses put in the necessary effort.
      - EMPATHETIC
        
        Empathy is the ability to feel what another person is experiencing from their point of view. For nurses, it means putting themselves in their patients’ shoes and trying to understand how they perceive what’s going on around them.
      - CRITICAL THINKING
        
        Critical thinking is the ability to evaluate facts and come to rational conclusions objectively. It’s a disciplined, self-directed way of looking at things that allows nurses to interpret data, prioritize patient needs and troubleshoot difficult clinical issues quickly and accurately. During triage, for example, it’s how a nurse uses normal diagnostic results to determine that a patient having chest pain can wait because they are likely having indigestion, not a heart attack.
    - - AUTHENTICITY
        
        Know yourself and know your purpose as a nurse. Instead of just showing up to work, endeavor to develop deeper connections and establish more meaningful connections with others, including patients and colleagues.
      - HUMILITY
        
        This means recognizing that you don’t know everything and that you make mistakes—and it’s okay to acknowledge that. “I may run into areas where I really falter, and I get up and move to the next, and I understand that it’s a process,” said Malone. “And there’s nothing wrong with that.”
      - WILLINGENESS TO FOLLOW
        
        Successful nurses are often great leaders, and great leaders know when to lead and when to follow.
- - - - Science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. They are related academic field, Due to the similarities in both theory and practice between the fields, they are consistently related.
      - Medical Technology
        
        They include both low-risk and high-risk medical equipment, and they diagnose, treat, and/or enhance a person's well-being and health.
        
        The clinical laboratory's several departments, including clinical chemistry, hematology, immunohematology (blood banking), immunology, serology, microbiology, urinalysis, and other body fluids, are the subject of intense practical and theoretical instruction.

        Heart, lung, and other thoracic (chest) organ surgery is the specialty of cardiothoracic surgeons. They also identify and handle illnesses affecting these organs
        
        A neurosurgeon is a professionally trained physician who treats and diagnoses diseases of the neurological system, which includes the brain, spinal cord, and nerves. Your neurological system is operated on by neurosurgeons, but they can also offer nonsurgical therapies.

- - - - Focused on the sciences behind the origins and history of life forms. This includes the study of their characteristics, functions, processes and habits.
      - Pediatric Physiatrist
        
        Physiatrists diagnose illnesses, design treatment protocols and prescribe medications.
        
        Pediatric Physiatrists are focused on the health of minors aged from birth until the age of 18.

        Effective Communication
        
        A good pediatrician will always properly communicate not only with the parents and guardians, but also with the child themself. They will always need to voice out things to the family to avoid miscommunication and misinformation
        
        Transparent and Trustworthy
        
        A good pediatrician will gain the family's trust. They will avoid telling lies and avoid hiding things from the family. The parents and guardians entrusted a vulnerable child with you, and you must never take that trust lightly.
        
        The Patient will Feel Valued and Safe
        
        A good pediatrician will form and value a good connection with their patient. Children are fearful of doctors, and therefor the pediatrician must go to lengths for the patient to feel safe. The pediatrician must listen to the child's thoughts, because even if they are still young, their emotions are still valid.

        Level-Headed
        
        Being in the pediatric field requires an intense amount of patience. This is not only because of panicky children, but also the panicky parents and guardians. The parents and guardians are understandably anxious about the state of their child's health, and so they will proceed to pester the doctor. The doctor must be prepared for such cases.
        
        Observant
        
        Most children are hesitant to talk to strangers about their emotions, more so what they feel physically. Pediatricians must therefor be observant with the child's behavior. How they act often reflects on what they are experiencing because of their mental and physical health.
        Observant doctors will get the gist of the problem based on the child's current behavior.
        
        Calm
        
        Similar to the first characteristic mentioned, a pediatrician must remain calm at all times. A panicked professional will also panic the family. Other than panicking each other, a panicked mind won't function well. As the pediatrician, you must be calm with whatever the results are, and be quick to find alternate solutions to resolve the problem.
      - Biology also focuses on genetics, biostatics, cell structure and functions, biochemistry, molecular biology, human anatomy and physiology, and marine biology.

        Accountancy is the practice of recording, classifying, and reporting on business transactions for a business. It provides feedback to management regarding the financial results and status of an organization. The key accountancy tasks are noted below.
        
        Characteristics of a Accountant
        
        Consistency of recordation and presentation. A particularly important characteristic is for the accountant to record information using a consistent application of accounting standards, and to present aggregated results in the same way, for all periods presented.
        
        Prepared objectively. The accountant should record and report on accounting transactions from a neutral perspective, without any bias that would give the reader an incorrect impression about the financial position, results, or cash flows of a business.
        
        In support of decisions. An experienced accountant will prepare financial reports that provide the specific information needed by management to reach a decision. That is, the accountant does not just issue the same boilerplate reports, month after month. It may also be necessary to create new reports that deal with new situations confronting a business.
        
        Qualities of a Accountant
        
        Business acumen – a leading quality an accountant should have. A strong head for business is one of the key qualities you need as an accountant.

        An eye for detail.
        
        Matches reader knowledge. The accountant should prepare reports that are tailored to the knowledge of the reader. Thus, a short address at a shareholders meeting may call for an aggregated presentation of just a few key performance metrics, while a presentation to an institutional investor may call for a considerably more detailed report.
        
        Reliability and completeness of information. There should be an accounting system in place that is comprehensive enough to be able to routinely collect, record, and aggregate all transactions, so that users of the accounting information are assured that they are reading about the complete results of a business. This also means that there are no "surprises" that appear as retroactive adjustments to the financial statements.
