Clinical manifestations include pruritus, fever, chills, nausea, rash and anorexia.

TOXIC HEPATITIS
Resembles viral hepatitis
History of exposure to hepatoxic chemicals ,medication ,botanical agents, and toxic agents assist in early treatment and removal o causative agents.
Clinical manifestations include nausea, vomiting, anorexia, jaundice and hepatomegaly, fever.
Medication includes Isoniazid, Halothane, Acetaminophen, Methyldopa and certain antibiotics , antimetabolites and anesthetic agents
Complications may include fever, vomiting blood, abnormal clotting and hemorrhage and even GI symptoms which may lead to vascular collapse
