People are rerelly doing something to hurt you, if ever. They are trying to meet their own needs
The biggest challenge in a relationship is people wanting to be right rather than being loved.
Resolving conflicts
- What is really happening here? Am I answering to something from the past or the present ?
- What else could this mean ?
- Why am I in this relationship -> to magnify my emotions ... Are these the emotions I want to magnify ?
- They are not trying to hurt me, they are trying to meet there own needs.
- Asking quality question, would get you quality answer and get you quality life.
The purpose of relationship
is to magnify emotions
- The quality of your relationship is in direct proportion with the amount of yourself that you are able to share with someone.

- Once every 10 days minimum do something by yourself together. (Doing something special together)
- Once every 3 to 6 months go away together for multiple days. (Get yourself out of the evironnement)
- Talk about the magic moments you shared.

ex: Fear is a signal that there is something comming that you have to prepare for. Prepare to deal with or prepare to coop with.

2. Fear (Concern, Appreantion, Worry, Anxiety, Scared)
- Prepare to deal with something or to avoid the consequences of something that's coming up.

5. Frustration
You need to change your approach to achieving your goals. (If you keep on doing the same thing you'll keep on getting the same result)
6. Disapointment
You need to realize that an expectation you had or an outcome you are going after is not probably happen unless you change your expectation and make it more appropriate for the situation at hand.
7. Guilt / Regret
You violated one of your own standards and you have to make something immediatly to make sure you don't do it again in the futur.
8. Inadequacy
It says you need to do something to get better in this category right away.
- Am I really inadequate or do I have to change the way I'm seeing things.
- I need to prepare myself by doing something to get better.

10. Lonely
Define what kind of connection you need.
Loneliness tells you that you want to be with people -> Find in what way you want to be with someone and take action immediatly to go in the direction we want.

You don't get beyond scarcity, you have to start beyond it.
When you do you are rich in the moment and you'll make the right decisions.
Then it's all a game about how much more free can you be.
